These terms apply to all users, including R&D professionals, Regulatory Affairs Managers, and organizational accounts.
LabelGuard Formulation Intelligence is an AI-driven food regulatory compliance platform that provides real-time cross-checking of formulations against FDA and EFSA regulations, automated formulation audits, and Nutri-Score optimization. The Service is intended for professional use by qualified food science and regulatory professionals.
Access to the Service requires a paid subscription. Subscriptions are available on a monthly or annual basis. All subscriptions include a 5-day free trial for new users. After the trial period, your selected payment method will be charged at the applicable subscription rate. Prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to applicable taxes.
New subscribers receive a 5-day free trial upon initial subscription. The free trial is available once per user account. If you cancel before the trial period ends, you will not be charged. After the trial period, your subscription will automatically renew at the applicable rate unless canceled.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of your first charge. To request a refund, contact [email protected] within 14 days of your first payment. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to AI models, databases, algorithms, and user interfaces, are owned by LabelGuard Formulation Intelligence and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of all formulation data you submit to the Service.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. LabelGuard's AI models are not trained on your formulation data. All formulations submitted are processed in isolation and are never shared with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for complete details on data handling.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. LabelGuard Formulation Intelligence makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of the regulatory information provided. The Service is intended as a decision-support tool and does not constitute legal or regulatory advice. Users are responsible for verifying all regulatory information with qualified professionals.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LabelGuard Formulation Intelligence shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to product launch delays, regulatory penalties, or compliance failures.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
